We only sell LEGAL downloads here at WTMH Studio. We offer downloadable products from a variety of manufacturers. Each manufacturer can track their WTMH Studio sales. You will receive full licenses and legal rights to use the content you buy from WTMH Studio. If you have any reservations about the validity of our service or products, please contact any of our manufacturers, who will be happy to confirm that we are an authorised digital retailer of their products.

License for Download and Use of Products:
You are granted a broad royalty-free non-exclusive license for every sound that you download from WTMHStudio.com. This means you can sell music you have composed using these sounds, and we never ask you for any royalty payment for the usage of these samples. However, you may not resell or redistribute the individual sound files.

The contents of these products may not be used (wholly or partly) in the creation of any competitive product, including but not limited to: Sample Packs, Sample CDs, Sample DVDs, Virtual Instruments, Expansion Packs, Production Music, Library Music, Subscription Services, or App Contents (Mobile or otherwise).

The license granted is solely to the original user/purchaser (Licensee) of the product. This license is not transferable or saleable.
Any audio demos are provided as “demos” and they are not licensed to you. They may not be recreated or used in their current state. You may not resell this collection or transfer it to a third party. A purchased license is a single-user license and non-transferable.

All copying, lending, duplicating, reselling, renting, uploading, file sharing, or unauthorized trading of this content (or any part of this content) is prohibited by international copyright law. WTMHStudio.com will not hesitate to take legal action against any individual or entity who fails to adhere to these terms.

The above definition is our standard royalty-free license. Each provider may have its own license. Please check the license on the product page before purchasing.

Buying Downloads:
The “Downloads” we sell are “Products” in digital format that are transferred from our servers directly to your computer. These products are compressed into ZIP/RAR files to enable faster downloading. You will be able to use the product as if installed from a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. It only takes 1–2 minutes to decompress a product. We recommend using WinZip or WinRAR. If you are unsure how to decompress your product, contact us for assistance.

Download Tracking:
Download links are active for 120 hours or valid for up to 5 downloads. During this time, you should download your file. All our products are compressed to RAR/ZIP files. If you do not receive your download links within 24 hours, please contact us. Due to the nature of the service, refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion.

Refund Policy:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not apply to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the product has been downloaded. This does not affect any other rights you may have.

Restrictions:
You may not share your password with third parties. You are solely responsible for any use or misuse of your account. You are authorized to use purchased products for personal use only. Making copies to give, sell, loan, broadcast, or distribute is a breach of copyright and may result in criminal charges.

You may not upload products to file-sharing, torrent, or peer-to-peer sites, as this is illegal. We reserve the right to pass your details to the copyright holder if you offer or sell our products on illegal networks.
You may not resell the products or materials to any third party.

Intellectual Property Rights:
All products, MP3 demos, materials, artwork, graphics, text, interfaces, logos, images, and photographs on this website are owned or licensed to WTMH Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We sell products from third-party manufacturers and have obtained the rights to sell and display their materials.

Account Registration:
Account registration is optional. If you register, you must provide your name, email, phone number, and payment details. Please ensure your billing address and email are correct. We are not responsible for undelivered download links due to incorrect details. If you do not receive your links within 2 hours, contact us.

Downtime:
